This event will be held on September the 8th 2009 at Teagasc Ashtown Food Research Centre, Ashtown, Dublin 15, Dublin. It starts at 9.30 am with registration and there will be a number of EU speakers present (Dr. Torger Borresen, DTU, Denmark, Dr. Bjorn Rotabakk and Dr. Morten Sivertsvik (Nofima, Norway), as well as a number of participants from the seafood industry including, Mr. John Curran of the Musgrave Group and participants from EI and BIM. A number of seafood packaging demonstrations will also take place on the day and it should be a very informative event for the Marine and Seafood sector.
