The 3rd Annual SmartOcean Workshop and Inaugural SmartOcean Innovation Exchange will take place in Galway on July 2nd & 3rd 2012. Hosted by the Marine Institute, the theme of this year’s industry focused workshop is ‘Getting more from our Marine Resources through Technology’ and will focus on sector specific opportunities in the areas of Aquaculture, Security and Logistics and Offshore Energy. The second day of proceedings will feature the inaugural SmartOcean Innovation Exchange which will be hosted at Ocean Wealth Showcase in the Volvo Global Village. Registration is now open and will close on Wednesday, 27th June @ 5pm.
