Project Summary
DEEPFISHMAN will develop a range of strategy options for the management of exploitation of deep-water species in the NE Atlantic. The project will identify new and more effective assessment methods, reference points, control rules and management strategies for the short-term. A reliable long-term framework will also be developed which will specify additional data requirements focusing on identified case study species.
