The following statement discloses the Marine Institute’s information processing practices relating to this website (this Site). This data may include information such as the users name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, company name.

Where personal information is submitted it will be used for the stated purpose and any reasonably incidental purposes only. No personal information will be retained for longer than is necessary and we will not disclose your personal data to any third parties unless you have consented to this disclosure. 

We will disclose your personal data if we believe in good faith that we are required to disclose it by Law.

You have the right to be given a copy of information held by us about you. We will provide the requested information to you within 40 calendar days of the receipt of a valid request in writing.

You have the right to have any inaccuracies in the information held by us about you corrected, if inaccurate, or erased, if we do not have a legitimate reason for retaining that information. We will accede to any such valid requests within 40 calendar days of the receipt of a valid request in writing.
