Horizon Europe: Marine Topics

Horizon Europe 2025 logo Horizon Europe is the EU’s main research and innovation funding programme (2021–2027) with a budget of €93.5 billion. It addresses climate change, supports the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and enhances EU competitiveness. The programme fosters collaboration, drives policy-relevant innovation, and promotes knowledge and technology dissemination. It also boosts jobs, economic growth, and industrial competitiveness within a stronger European Research Area. Entities from the EU and associated countries are eligible to participate.
