This is a legal obligation - the Public Sector Equality and Human Rights Duty, and it originated in Section 42 of the Irish Human Rights and Equality Act 2014. This work also forms part of our Gender Equality Plan (GEP) which is an eligibility criterion of the Horizon Europe Framework Programme.
