Returning Your Artwork and Creative Writing Entry
Return of Art Schedule
Due to the large number of entries submitted to the Competition and the administrative constraints that ensue, we are unable to return all of the artworks that we receive. The following conditions are therefore strictly applied to all entries and in line with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679:
- Category A, B, C, D, Winners NON RETURNABLE
- 4 Special Merit Winners RETURNABLE, SPRING 2021
- Remaining Entries NON RETURNABLE
Please note:
The winning paintings and creative writing in each category are not returned as they will become a permanent feature of Explorers Pop Art & Creative Writing Competition Collection.
Due to the large number of entries received each year, we will endeavour, but are unfortunately unable to guarantee, the safe return of artwork which is noted above as 'returnable' (i.e. special merit winners).
We recommend that all artists take a copy or photograph of their artwork before submitting it to the competition.
