Cregmore national school, Co. Galway get ready for SEAFEST on the RV Celtic Explorer where they found out how the remotely operated vehicle ROV Holland I is used to discover marine creatures, corals, sponges and hydrothermal vents. Creating an art installation to feature at SEAFEST in Galway 30th June – 2nd July, the children are re-enacting the 2011 discovery of the Moytirra deep-sea hydrothermal vents originally found along the Mid-Atlantic Ridge, 3000m under the ocean.
