Marine Institute - Feedback Procedure

We aim to offer a high quality and consistent level of service to all our customers and welcome feedback on your experience of the Marine Institutes's service. 

We welcome your feedback on your dealings with or experience of the Institute’s services or personnel.  Please complete the following Customer Service Feedback Form and submit to us.  Your Feedback Form will be acknowledged within 2 working days of receipt into the Marine Institute.  Should your feedback highlight issues or concerns, you will receive a detailed response to these within 10 working days of receipt.
