The Explorers resources supports the ocean literacy principles and concepts, as well as using the UN Sustainable Goals to help introduce a better understanding how the ocean has an influence on our lives and how we have an influence on the ocean. Explorers Ocean Literacy Principles

There are seven ocean literacy principles and over forty different ocean concepts that have been developed by educators and scientists in the USA. Now widely used around the world, these ideas aim to help us all engage in having a better understanding of the ocean.
